Description:

Valcivir is used to treat infections caused due to certain types of viruses. It is used to treat cold sores around the mouth and chickenpox in children. It is used to treat shingles and cold sores around the mouth in adults.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Valcivir 1000 Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

The tablet should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of fluid i.e.  with one glass of water
