Description:

Tenvir Em Tablet acts as a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), which is used for treating HIV infection. This drug helps in filtering out the HIV from the blood. This medicine does not cure the disease but helps in preventing AIDS. It comes in the form of capsule, a tablet, and a solution. Liver function and kidney function must be monitored while receiving this medicine based on the clinical condition. This medicine is not for the person below 12 years of age.

Dosage:

Take Tenvir-EM tablets with a glass of water once a day with or without food. You should continue to take your Tenvir-EM tablets regularly as long as your doctor recommends, and you condition should be monitored regularly. Do not stop taking your Tenvir-EM tablets suddenly as this may increase risk of HIV resistance.
