Description:
Bortenat Injection is used in the treatment of some types of cancers, specifically mantle cell lymphoma and multiple myeloma. It is an anti neoplastic drug that is used in chemotherapy. The drug blocks the functioning of some types of protein present in the cancer cell, which eventually destroys it.
Before you start Bortenat (3.5Mg or 2 Mg) Injection, give your doctor a detailed medial history about any previous health conditions. Mention your problems you are suffering at present. Give him with a list of allergies, if you have any and also give him a list of medicines that you are taking.
Fluid intake should be increased once you start taking Bortenat 2 Mg or 3.5 Mg Injection. Generally, the drug is injected into a vein by a doctor or physician.
Direction for Use:
This medication is given via injection into a vein or under the skin by a healthcare professional.Adult: IV- 1.3 mgm2 as bolus on days 1, 4, 8 and 11 of a 21-day cycle, followed by a 10-day rest period (days 12-21). To lessen the injury under skin, make sure to change the injection site. The dose of medicine is based on your body size, medical condition, and response to therapy.
